Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten the password to your Microsoft Inspire login credentials, please follow the instructions below:

Microsoft domain (ADFS): From the login page on the Registration website, select the 'Microsoft employee' button, then enter the email alias associated to your Microsoft account. On the next page, after a failed login attempt, select 'Use the self-service password management tool' and proceed through the prompts to reset your password. 

Microsoft account: From the login page on the Registration website, select the 'Microsoft Account' button, then enter the email alias associated to your Microsoft account. On the next page, select 'Forgot My Password' and proceed through the prompts to reset your password. 

Note, depending on your account settings, you may be prompted to enter a verification code delivered via email or text message associated with your Microsoft account. 

LinkedIn: From the login page on the Registration website, select the 'LinkedIn' button. On the next page, select the 'Forgot my Password' link and proceed through the prompts to reset your password.

Note: If email verification is required, please be sure to check Spam, Junk, and/or Quarantine folders to ensure the message does not get caught in filtration.
