If you have forgotten the password to your Microsoft Inspire login credentials, please follow the instructions below:
Microsoft account: From the login page on MyInspire or the Registration website, select the 'Microsoft Account' button, then enter the email alias associated to your Microsoft account. On the next page, select 'Forgot My Password' and proceed through the prompts to reset your password.
Note, depending on your account settings, you may be prompted to enter a verification code delivered via email or text message associated with your Microsoft account.
LinkedIn: From the login page on MyInspire or the Registration website, select the 'LinkedIn' button. On the next page, select the 'Forgot my Password' link and proceed through the prompts to reset your password.
Username/Password: To access your 2017 record or 2017 session resources, from the login page on MyInspire, select 'Username/Password', then 'Can't access your account?'. Next, enter the email address associated with your Microsoft Inspire record and provided characters, then select ‘Next'. You will a receive an email with a code to be used for verification. Enter the code in the box provided on the webpage and press ‘Verify Code’ Once your code has been verified, press 'Continue' to proceed to the password reset page.
Note: If email verification is required, please be sure to check Spam, Junk, and/or Quarantine folders to ensure the message does not get caught in filtration.
