Hotel Cancellation Policy

Any changes/cancellations to your hotel reservation must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your hotel reservation and charge to your credit card of one night's room and tax.

Any changes/cancellations must be completed through the "Accommodations" section of your registration or by contacting the Microsoft Inspire registration team at microsoftinspire@microsoft.crgevents.com.

After 5:00 pm PST on Monday, June 19, 2017 any changes/cancellation will not be handled through the Microsoft Inspire 2017 Registration Team. Beginning Wednesday, June 21, 2017 you may contact your hotel directly to process any changes/cancellations
