I tried logging in using my credentials and I received an error message. What does this mean?
This may mean that MyInspire is picking up alternate credentials when trying to log you in.
Try logging-out of other systems that may be using your credentials completely by clicking on the "Log out" link within the application or website. Once done, try to access MyInspire once more by opening the website in an InPrivate browser.
